- Eight powerful 90-minute 1-2-1 coaching sessions delivered bi-weekly.
- Focusing on creating a growth mindset and helping you improve within mind, body, and lifestyle.
- A structured & proven running plan to help you make positive progress towards running your target distance – 5k, 10k, half marathon or full marathon (optional).
- Guidance and support within a safe, non-judgmental space.
- Recommendations and direction offered where appropriate.
- On-going support via WhatsApp.

2. Clean Break Coaching – 1-2-1 power hours
- 60-minute 1-2-1 coaching sessions booked as a block of four and delivered bi-weekly.
- Focusing helping you to create a growth mindset and a lifestyle to bounce of bed for.
- Guidance and support within a safe, non-judgmental space.
- Recommendations and direction offered where appropriate.
- On-going support via WhatsApp.
