Well, that really depends on you and what you’re looking to get from coaching…your needs, your desires, your goals, your challenges, and you dreams!
Every coaching relationship is unique and personal. After all, we all have unique challenges to overcome within our lives.
For this reason, we will always work with you to explore a coaching agreement that meets you where you’re at.
Clean Break Coaching – 1:1 packages
We have two base options to choose from when it comes to curating a 1:1 coaching relationship:
1. Clean Break Coaching - signature 16-week program
Perfect if you’re looking to make impactful and lasting changes to your mindset, movement, and lifestyle habits, and finally hit your goals moving you towards the best version of yourself.
What’s included:
- 16-week coaching program tailored to your specific goals.
- An initial 90min deep dive 1:1 session to establish your goals and where you’re currently at.
- 8 x 1:1 coaching sessions with Rich and/or Andy.
- A person centered approach which focuses on you and your goals.
- Guidance and support within a safe, non-judgemental space.
- Advice and recommendations offered upon request.
- Regular check-ins via WhatsApp.
- Accountability & goal setting.
- Access to our Clean Break Community members portal.
- Investment from - £1,800
- Optional in-person immersive half-day experience +£500
2. Clean Break Coaching – 6-week sprint
This is a great option if you’re looking to unpick a problematic relationship with alcohol, overcome limiting beliefs and/or establish healthy, consistent and sustainable habits and routines in your life.
What’s included:
- 6-week coaching program tailored to your specific goals.
- An initial 90min deep dive 1:1 session to establish your goals and where you’re currently at.
- 3 x 1:1 coaching sessions with Rich and/or Andy.
- A person centered approach which focuses on you and your goals.
- Guidance and support within a safe, non-judgemental space.
- Advice and recommendations offered upon request.
- Regular check-ins via WhatsApp.
- Accountability & goal setting.
- Investment from - £750
- Optional in-person immersive half-day experience +£500
