Clean Break adventures are for those seeking to launch themselves out of their comfort zone and seek something new from their life. For the intrepid adventurers or for those who have always had an adventurous desire but haven’t had the tools or planning to commit to their next adventure. 

Our adventures come in two forms – retreats & challenges – both of which are designed to test you, to push you beyond your perceived limits, to encourage you to embrace your true heroic potential, and to reward you with a sense of fulfilment having achieved something which at first seemed impossible.

Clean Break Retreats

Clean Break retreats are alcohol-free adventures that allow you to spend time with like-minded people, pushing yourself out of your comfort zone and learning about yourself. Our retreats will be focused on mindfulness activities such as yoga, meditation & breathwork coupled with activites such as trail runs, open water swimming & cycling.
