Clean Break Challenges

Clean Break Challenges is about taking on aspirational goals and challenges which at first may seem totally unachievable, but by joining a group of like-minded individuals who share your ambitions and by learning to build your wall brick-by-brick, we will guide you confidently towards fulfilling your dreams.
With multiple ultra-marathons, marathons and triathlons under their belts, and having both qualified as positive psychology and alcohol-free performance coaches, Rich and Andy are perfectly placed to help you build the mindset, self-belief and both mental & physical resilience needed to turn the impossible in to the probable.
Through our group coaching based challenges, we will help you break down your goals into daily and weekly actions and behaviours, whilst leaning on the support of others for encouragement, motivation, accountability and inspiration.
We are just two regular guys who share a passion for pushing ourselves beyond our perceived boundaries of limitation, and we are committed to helping others do the same by making the life changing benefits of endurance running accessible and enjoyable for anyone.
 

SPRING 2025 MARATHON TRAINING GROUP

Starts Sunday 1st December 2024 – with coaches Rich Casement & Andy Delderfield.
Whether you’ve already signed up to take part in a marathon in spring 2025, you’re thinking of doing so, or perhaps you’d just like to go on a journey of self-development and discovery and challenge yourself, this is the perfect way to go about preparing yourself for success.
Anyone can download a marathon training plan from the internet, in fact most races these days will send you one upon signing up for their event.
But there is something truly magical about joining a group of like-minded people, all working towards a common goal, striving to push themselves that little bit further, whilst cheering each other on to the start AND finish line, and perhaps even running your chosen race together!
‘Why should I join this program as opposed to simply downloading a plan from the internet and doing the training myself?’ I hear you ask……
Well, of course there is nothing stopping you from doing so.
However, by doing it that way, you don’t get the following:
‘Whether you believe you can, or whether you believe you can’t, you’re right’.

  • MONTHLY IN_PERSON LONG RUNS WITH RICH (locations TBC – once we know where everyone taking part is based, we will plan the locations to best accommodate as many people as possible to be able to attend at least one of these)
