Clean Break Community membership

Investment – £135 for a three-month rolling membership.

If you’re new to running and/or self-development, or if you simply want to join an inclusive and supportive coaching community and work on your mind, body, and soul, then joining the Clean Break Community is the perfect place to do this.

Choose from either a 5k, 10k, or maintenance training plan, or if you’re simply looking to build consistency with your weekly movement but without the pressure of a achieving a distance yet, then the ‘NO-K’ plan is the one for you.

We host a weekly group coaching call every Monday at 7pm on Zoom where we focus on each of the three pillars of Clean Break Coaching – mindset, movement, and lifestyle.

Every fourth week we also bring in a special guest speaker to introduce us to other areas of health and wellbeing. This could be breathwork, yoga, meditation, journalling, nutrition, mobility, or any other area of wellbeing which is on topic.

The 5k, 10k, and NO-K programs are achievable over 8-weeks, however your membership is on a rolling three-month contract, so there’s plenty of time for you to achieve your movement goal.

If you choose the maintenance plan, then this will be accessed via the Training Peaks app and is designed to help you maintain your current fitness levels if you’re in between training blocks for races.

Whatever your goal, your membership will include the following:

⭐️ Weekly group coaching call held via Zoom.

⭐️ Access to our WhatsApp group for ongoing support, encouragement, motivation & accountability.

⭐️ Early access to join our bi-annual half, full, and ultra marathon training groups.

Ultra marathon group adventures.

So, you’ve done a bunch of 10ks then?

Perhaps you’ve even done a few half marathons.

And possibly even a full marathon too.
