With the group 5 & 10k sessions, you’ll have weekly calls on a Monday evening, recieve access to a group what’s app & follow a structured & proven plan to check in on progress and keep you accountable. 
It’s an 8-week program during which I will guide you steadily & progressively towards running 5k or 10k, depending on your starting point 👍🏻
