Clean & Dandy
Ingredients:
25ml Crossip Dandy Smoke
1 x can of Clean Break Progression Pale Ale
Rosemary sprig to garnish
Cubed Ice
Method:
Pour the Crossip Dandy Smoke over cubed ice into a tall glass, top up with half a can of Clean Break, serve with a sprig of rosemary to garnish.
Myth Dark Espresso Martini
Ingredients:
Double measure MYTH Dark Spiced (50ml)
Double Espresso (or can of cold brew)
Sugar syrup (15ml)
Coffee beans to garnish
Method:
Pour the MYTH Dark Spiced, Espresso and sugar syrup into a cocktails shakers with some ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a Martini glass and decorate with roasted coffee beans.
Talonmore Hot Toddy
Ingredients:
50ml Talonmore Non-Alcoholic Spirit
150ml Hot Water
25ml Lemon Juice
25ml Agave syrup
1 cinnamon stick
1 lemon wheel
Method:
Measure and pour all liquid ingredients into tempered glass or mug. Stir until all ingredients are incorporated. Add the cinnamon stick and lemon wheel as a garnish. Enjoy
Everleaf Forest Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
60ml Everleaf Forest
3 dashes Non-alcoholic bitters
10ml Maple syrup
Method:
Add a large block of ice to a rocks glass. Add all ingredients into the glass. Stir gently. Garnish with an orange wheel
Zeno Mulled Wine
Ingredients:
1 bottle ZENO Alcohol Free Liberated Red Wine
½ cup sugar
5 cloves
1 tsp ground nutmeg
2 tsp ground ginger
2 cinnamon sticks
2 star anise pods
1 cup orange juice
1 cup water
Method:
Combine all the ingredients in a large saucepan. Heat on a medium heat for 30 minutes. Strain and serve. Garnish with a fresh cinnamon stick
Botivo Gold Rush
Ingredients:
30ml alcohol free bourbon
20ml Botivo
20ml Blood Orange Juice
10ml Honey Syrup
30ml Lemon Juice
Method:
Shake all the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker with ice, pour over ice and garnish with an orange twist.
Feragaia Sour
Ingredients:
50ml Feragaia
10ml Cloudy Apple Juice
15ml Fresh Lemon
10ml Ginger Syrup
10ml Aquafaba
Method:
Add 50ml Feragaia, 10ml cloudy apple juice, 15ml fresh lemon, 10ml ginger syrup, 10ml aquafaba to a cocktail shaker. Shake, strain into a rocks glass and garnish with apple.
Mash Gang x Vault City Virgin Kir Royale
Ingredients:
1 x 440ml can of Mash Gang X Vault City – Virgin Kir Royale.
Method:
Make sure the can is chilled, and then pour into a glass and enjoy!
Crossip New Years Par-Tea
Ingredients:
25ml CROSSIP Rich Berry
5ml Orgeat Syrup
5ml Lemon Juice
125ml Hot Water
3tbsp Spiced Orange Tea
1 x Lemon Wheel
Method:
Mix and stir CROSSIP Rich Berry, Lemon Juice and Orgeat Syrup together. Top with Hot Tea and add a Lemon Wheel to finish.
Bemuse - Life on Marzipan
Ingredients:
Bemuse Wild Raspberry Sparkling Mead
50ml Lyre’s Amaretti
50ml Sentia Red
25ml Cherry Syrup
Icing Sugar
Ice
Method:
Grab a highball glass (dust with icing sugar on the outside for that extra festive touch). Add 50ml Lyre’s Amaretti. Next add 50ml Sentia Red followed by 25ml cherry syrup. Top up to half way with our Bemuse Wild Raspberry Sparkling Mead. Top the glass with ice (and add a touch more Bemuse if needed). Stir, and serve!
